Molisìr organic durum wheat fusilli are born from the excellence of our 100% Italian wheat, grown and milled in Molise.
Produced exclusively from the Iride variety, these fusilli are the expression of a short, transparent supply chain that celebrates the land and supports organic agriculture.

Bronze-drawing and slow drying at low temperatures preserve the natural structure of the semolina, resulting in a rough, firm pasta with an exceptional ability to hold sauces. The aroma of the wheat and its full, rounded flavour reflect Molisan tradition and the artisanal care devoted to every stage of production.
